The Medicaid Waiver Application is cumbersome and time-consuming. We have streamlined the
process and can handle the full application process, including working with a professional demographer
and hand-delivery of the application to THHSC headquarters in Austin, TX. From there, we can work
with your team or make new contacts on the ground to collect the necessary community support for
the project within the target market. Once the application is complete with the state, we will answer all
comments submitted during the comments period.
Once approved, we can work on site selection and other pre-development needs, construction,
finding an operator if necessary, helping with financing, and any other details.
